I fell in love with a place called LINAO CAVE

It wasn't suppose to be our activity, in fact it was suppose to be our time to rest and get ourselves ready for the night activity, but lucky for me.. I choose to go. Mr. Rey Ladiao and some of the BS-Biology 4th year students went to linao cave fore their Epistemology class and few of the 3rd Year students (BS-Biology) including me tagged along with them. It was a tiring walk from our camp site to linao cave, but as we enter the forest, tall beautiful trees surrounded us and what surprises me most are the unusual rocks I saw there I'm not really certain but the rocks looked like one of those that are found under the sea, as we go further, we were walking between very big rocks and I was imagining us as if we were just walking under water. It was a little bit creepy because as we were getting near the cave, it as getting darker. There were holes that were very deep. There were local guides who accompanied us and they were always telling us to keep quiet. when we reached the place... There it was, a very beautiful thing. I was really amazed by how it looks from the top where we were standing (it's my first encounter with caves). I was thinking to myself "God, this is such a wonderful place." When Mr. Ladiao asked who wants to go down I immediately raised my hand. I won't miss this chance, whether it's too deep out there or not, whether it's so dark or not I am going. There were only few of us who went down with Mr. Ladiao, and it was yet the best decision ever! If it was jaw dropping from the view on top, I say it was more beautiful down there. The water was blue and it was very cold, we saw bats and it was just undeniably beautiful. Undeniably beautiful.  Going down wasn't that hard but climbing up wasn't too ;) We didn't take the same way when we went up, what we did as we climb through the roots of the trees, and it was AWESOME! Worth everything! It was another tiring walk from the cave to the campsite but it was worth it! (and I wasn't wearing any slippers because mine was damaged because I soaked it in the water..lousy birkenstock sandals)
